A. STONE DOUGLASS

CEO/CFO

Mr. Douglass is currently the Chairman and CEO of GeoSolar Technologies, Inc. He is also the Chairman and Sealand Natural Resources, Inc., a producer of birch water and other alternative beverages. He was the CEO of over 25 private and public companies, including Spy Optics, RedEnvelope, Vison America, and Piper Aircraft. He graduated with a degree in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1970.

John Frailey’s rich professional background spans both large Fortune 100 companies and startups, providing a comprehensive perspective on innovation and scalability in technical endeavors. These achievements underscore John Frailey’s commitment to driving impactful change through technological innovation and position him as an invaluable asset in the pursuit of pioneering smart connected bioreactor solutions in the biotech startup realm.

DENNIS HARTMANN

Chief Legal Officer

Dennis Hartmann is a graduate of the University Of Texas School Of Law (Austin Texas) and was a member of the Texas Law Review. His primary focus has been complex business litigation in the areas of real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, entertainment, employment, intellectual property, partnership dissolution, pursuing fraudulent conveyances and breaking offshore trusts to dismantle vehicles with no purpose other than to hide assets. Mr. Hartmann has been awarded multi-million judgments after a full trial on the merits. Mr. Hartmann is currently overseeing collection of a $264 million judgment awarded in the Florida district court.

CRAIG ELLINS

Chief Science Officer

Mr. Craig Ellins is renowned for business start-ups in emerging technologies and industries. From pioneering one of the first 24-hour shopping networks to developing one of the internet’s first streaming video technologies, Mr. Ellins has spent more than 30 years creating businesses with a vision toward the future. He most recently served as founder and CEO of One World Pharma, Inc., where he built one of the largest hemp growing facilities based in Columbia, South America. Prior to this venture, he served as CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at GB Sciences, Inc.; and Chairman of Phototron, Inc. Mr. Ellins began his career by building and launching Auto Check Center, an auto smog check center based in Los Angeles, CA before becoming a founder and CEO of HelloNetwork, one of the first video streaming companies to hit the Internet. Mr. Ellins is known for his efforts in pioneering new products for emerging markets.
